Bugs & Feedback

Did you experience anything unusual when navigating throughout the beta version of CardRoom.com or have any problems when playing? If so, we call these problems bugs...and we don't like bugs, but we need your help to find them. That's why they call it a Beta. So, if you happen to find any bugs when you are on CardRoom.com and let us know, we will be happy to reward you with CardRoom.com Premium Chips.

How Do I Know If It's A Bug?

If you don't get to where you wanted to go when clicking on a link or button, if you get an error message in your web browser or if you just don't understand what happened, just click on the link that says Feedback and let us know.

We will look into the problem and if we find that it is a bug, we will deposit 25 Premium Chips into your account. There is no limit on how many bugs you can report and the more you report, the more rewards you receive. For the bug to qualify, it must be a real bug and not user error! Please send a detailed explanation of the bug and the steps you took leading up to this discovery.

How Does It Work?

It's simple! For every bug you report that we confirm, we will deposit 25 Premium Chips in your account.

If you find 5 bugs on our site (hopefully we won't have that many), we will not only give you the Premium Chip bonus, but we will send you a CardRoom.com t-shirt.

When Will I Receive My Premium Chips?

Once we have been able to identify the bug, we will deposit the Premium Chips into your account. We expect to be able to respond within two days. If it has been longer than 48 hours, please contact our Customer Support and we will be happy to get back to you with an answer promptly.

When Will I Receive My Free Gift?

Again, once we can identify the bug, you will receive a confirmation e-mail along with your prize code and we will ship out your CardRoom.com gift. Please expect your gift within two (2) to four (4) weeks of your confirmation e-mail. If you don't receive your free gift within that period of time, please contact Customer Support and we will be happy to get back to you with an answer promptly.
