Daily Tournament:
Every day, Crazy Freddy will appear out of nowhere on CardRoom.com. When you see him, it's time for his daily poker tournament. Everybody who plays can win a valuable cash prize that changes daily. So don't forget to check in to CardRoom.com everyday!

What Happens If I Miss The Crazy Freddy Tournament?

Unfortunately, Crazy Freddy will only appear once a day at various times. Check back in at CardRoom.com often and try to catch him each day. If you miss him today, you'll have to try again tomorrow!

When Will I Receive My Prize?

We will notify you via e-mail when you have won the daily tournament and send you a confirmation e-mail along with a prize code that your prize has been shipped to the address we have in your profile. So please make sure we have your current information and please allow at least two (2) to four (4) weeks for delivery.

If you haven't received your prize within that period of time, please contact Customer Support and we will be happy to respond to you promptly.
