Terms & Conditions

1. All award recipients must be 18 years of age and over, or who have reached the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they live. Individuals under 18 years of age or under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever the greater) are not eligible for any prize payout in these events. Members may be required to produce two (2) documents certifying proof of age such as passport, driver's license or identification card.
2. You aver that your personal information as registered with CardRoom.com including name, email, address and phone number is accurate. Any discrepancy determined by CardRoom.com may result in disqualification or forfeiture of any CardRoom.com 'The Big One' Main Event tournament prize.
3. No unregistration is allowed from the CardRoom.com 'The Big One' Main Event if qualified via satellite. Seat has no fixed monetary value and cannot be redeemed for any cash value or other prize.
4. The monthly CardRoom.com 'The Big One' Main Event prize pool will consist of all satellite buy-in and re-buy collections, less a fifteen percent (15%) administrative fee. The monthly prize pool is guaranteed to be no less than $1,000.00.
5. Players are to abide by the CardRoom.com Terms and Conditions and Rules of Conduct during any and all participation in the CardRoom.com 'The Big One' Main Event or qualifying Satellites. Guidelines that govern the administration of these events can be found in the Tournament Rules. In the event a player is deemed to violate any of the above, or the spirit therein, CardRoom.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to execute whatever action it deems appropriate.
6. In the event a player is deemed ineligible due to any of the aforementioned, CardRoom.com may determine to award any prize to the next highest finishing player for that tournament.
7. All applicable taxes for any prize monies or other winnings are the sole responsibility of the player.
8. The judgment of the Card Room Manager and CardRoom.com Management will be final and binding in all eligibility, game play, hand results, disputes or violations.
9. CardRoom.com also has the privilege, to change, modify, alter or cancel this promotion at any time or to add, remove or revise any aspect of the CardRoom.com 'The Big One' Main Event without prior written consent and/or notice.
