Animation- If this option is checked, the card and chip animations are enabled.
Block PokerFaces™- If this option is checked, no PokerFaces will be displayed at the tables.
Bubble Chat- If this option is checked, text entered into the chat window will also be displayed in a chat bubble next to the person's PokerFace.
Four Color Cards- If this option is checked, cards will be displayed using four colors (spades- black, hearts- red, diamonds- blue, clubs- green).
Sound Effects- Uncheck this box to turn off sound effects.
Advanced Options:
Use Play Sound/No MSS- If you are experiencing problems with your sound card, check this box to disable the Miles Sound System and revert back to the default Windows sound drivers.
No Table Focus- If this box is checked, the table window will not automatically pop to the foreground when it is your turn to act.
News Flash Announcement- This check box enables the "News Flash" announcement window when you first log onto CardRoom.com.
Allow Table Themes- This option allows special table themes to be displayed. Table themes alter the in-game graphics for your table background and are typically used to promote special events.
Cashier Shows In-Play Balances- If this box is checked, your cashier window will display your "in-play" balance in addition to the amount that is in your account.
Open Cashier in Default Browser- By default the Cashier window utilizes Internet Explorer. If you are experiencing problems with Internet Explorer and would like to use your default browser instead, please check this box.
Customize Chat- Select this option to customize your chat macros. You can map your favorite chat window sayings to the F5 - F8 keys on your keyboard. Then when you are seated at a table, you can press that hotkey and the chat macro will be broadcast to the chat window.
Edit Profile- Select this option to update your user profile. You can type in a hobby that will be displayed when people hover their pointer over your PokerFace. You can also change your PokerFace from this screen.
Don't Show Winning Hand- If this option is checked, you will automatically muck your cards after you win a hand. Otherwise, you will have the option to show your winning cards by clicking on the "Show Cards" button at the end of the hand.
Muck Losing Hand- If this option is checked, you will automatically muck losing cards. Otherwise, you will have the option to show your losing cards by clicking on the "Show Cards" button at the end of the hand.
