By participating in any deal, game or event during and CardRoom.com promotion,
you implicitly consent that if you win any prize, CardRoom.com may use your name,
player name and likeness in any promotions, advertising or public relations release,
at its sole discretion and without further compensation, release or permission from
you directly.
All award recipients must be 18 years of age and over, or who have reached the
legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they live. Individuals under
18 years of age or under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction
(whichever the greater) are not eligible for any prize payout in these events.
Members may be required to produce two (2) documents certifying proof of age
such as passport, driver's license or identification card.
You aver that your personal information as registered with CardRoom.com
including name, email, address and phone number is accurate. Any discrepancy
determined by CardRoom.com may result in disqualification or forfeiture of any
CardRoom.com prize.
In the event a player is deemed ineligible due to any of the aforementioned,
CardRoom.com may determine at its sole discretion to award such prize to the next
highest finishing player that had participated in that promotional event.
Players are to abide by the CardRoom.com
Terms and Conditions and Rules
of Conduct during any and all participation in anty CardRoom.com promotion.
Guidelines that govern the administration of these events can be found in the
CardRoom.com Tournament Rules.
In the event a player is deemed to violate any of the above, or the spirit therein,
CardRoom.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to execute whatever action
it deems appropriate.
Decisions as to player eligibility to enter, remain in, and compete in any
CardRoom.com promotion are at the sole discretion of CardRoom.com and any decisions
taken by management in this regard are final. CardRoom.com reserves the right to
deny entry to any promotion and/or remove a player or disqualify a player and
any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
All applicable taxes for any prize monies or other winnings are the sole
responsibility of the player.
CardRoom.com also has the privilege, at its election, to change, modify,
alter or cancel any promotion at any time or to add, remove or change any aspect
of the any promotion without prior written consent and/or notice.
The judgment of the Card Room Manager and CardRoom.com Management will be
final and binding in all eligibility, game play, hand results, disputes or violations.
