To change your password, please follow the below steps.
Go to the CardRoom.com Lobby
Select the gray "Requests" drop-down from the menu at the top left
Select "Change Password"
Enter your old password and your new password in the designated spaces.
Click "OK" to save your changes.
* A note on passwords: For security purposes, you are the only person with knowledge of your password. We do not have a record of, or access to any CardRoom.com Players' passwords. CardRoom.com will never ask you for your password via table chat or e-mail and you should not give your password to anyone. It is the player's responsibility to safeguard their password. If you play CardRoom.com on a computer that others have access to, we highly suggest that you do not use the "Save Password" feature.
If you have forgotten your password, please contact us and request a CardRoom.com administrator reset your password for you.
Changing your E-mail Address
To update your e-mail address, please follow the below steps.
Go to the CardRoom.com Lobby
Select the gray "Requests" drop-down from the menu at the top left
Select "Change e-mail" and enter your password and new e-mail address
Click "Validate e-mail"
* Note: You will need to validate your e-mail address by entering the six digit confirmation code that will be automatically sent to your e-mail address when you click "Validate e-mail." To validate your e-mail, please go to your e-mail account you listed, open the e-mail you should have received, and follow the instructions detailed within.
