Are you having problems receiving CardRoom.com e-mails?

If you are unable to receive e-mails from CardRoom.com this may be because your e-mail service is classifying CardRoom.com e-mails as unsolicited bulk e-mail (spam) and is filtering them from your INBOX. In an effort to fight the growing amount of spam, service and software providers have been implementing new anti-spam filters. Inadvertently, large numbers of legitimate e-mails are falsely identified as spam and not delivered to an INBOX. Instead these false positive spam e-mails are either blocked, delivered to SPAM or BULK folders, or automatically deleted. As a result, you may not be receiving your important CardRoom.com e-mails including validation codes, tournament confirmations, transaction details, news, and special offers.

To ensure you receive all CardRoom.com e-mails please follow instructions below to add CardRoom.com.com to the safe list or permitted sender list of the service or software you use.
