The center of the table is typically used to
display communal cards in games such as Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and Omaha
High-Low. In Pai Gow, the banker's cards are displayed in the center area when
it is time for the banker to arrange their hand.
At the end of each round of betting, the chips that were bet are also swept
into the center of the table. You can check how many chips are in the center
stack by hovering your mouse over the chips.
