Omaha High/Low is similar to Omaha except the highest
hand at the table and lowest hand at the table split the pot equally. In Omaha,
each player is dealt four cards face-down ("hole cards") and then five cards are
dealt face-up in the center of the table. The five cards in the middle are
called "community cards" and are shared by all the players. Each of the players
tries to make the best five card poker hand using two (and only two) of their
hole cards and any three of the community cards. A different combination of two
hole cards and three community cards can be used to make the player's low hand.
To qualify for a low hand, the player must have five unique cards of face value
8 or lower. If no one at the table qualifies for the low hand, the entire pot
goes to the high hand winner.
