Pai Gow Poker

Pai Gow Poker is a derivation of the ancient Asian game of Pai Gow. In Pai Gow Poker, each player is dealt seven cards. The player then arranges their cards into a two card hand and a five card poker hand. The two hands are then compared against the banker's hand. To win the round, the player must beat both of the banker's hands. If the hands are split, the pot is pushed. If the banker beats both of the player's hands, the banker wins. If more than one player is seated at the table, each of the players will get the chance to act as banker twice in turn. This is advantageous since "copies" (when the player and banker have the exact same 2 or 5 card hand) are treated as wins for the banker.
