Seven Card Stud

Seven Card Stud is one of the original poker variants where each player is dealt a total of seven cards. To begin, each player is dealt two cards face-down and one card face-up. Then a round of betting is conducted. Three more cards are dealt face-up with betting after each card is dealt. Finally, a the seventh card is dealt face-down and the final round of betting is held. The winner is the player with the best five card poker hand.
